I have lost a family member recently. My church has rallied themselves to support me and my family during this difficult time, and I would like to show them my gratitude for their prayers. There are about 20 people in our prayer group that I would like to gift something small to each person, but that is also meaningful. Also something that isn’t too expensive, Thank you!
Having a support system is crucial during times like these, and I am glad that you have an army to help you. I am so sorry for your loss, my thoughts are with your family.
When I have a large group of people to gift, I tend to lean more towards the crafty side. For the sake of time, effort, and money, I would recommend writing. Get on Word and express your gratitude. Tell them what their support has meant to you and your family. To quote Alice Walker:
“ ‘Thank you’ is the best prayer that anyone could say. I say that one a lot. Thank you expresses extreme gratitude, humility, understanding.”
Make 20 copies of your sentiments, and add a cookie and a good quality tea. I recommend a snickerdoodle with a peach black tea. Or, if you don’t want to do something edible, you can swap the cookies with flowers. This is cost effective, meaningful, and easily reproducible. I hope this was helpful 🙂
